ShawThing Service Plans

All plans also include development time that could be used to implement new functionality or maintain your site. Now that you have your web site up and running you will find these plans an easier way to manage your site in the future.

As an incentive to pay for the Service Plan on an annual basis, heavy discounts are offered. I want you to think of me as a "partner" in your endeavor, ready to help at a moment's notice.

Services

Here are descriptions of the services that make up the plans:

Email Support: Unlimited priority email support gives you access to me via email or fax. Your questions take priority.

Live Conferences: You can have live discussions with me (via telephone or MSN Messenger) about all aspects of your web site (times by prior arrangement please). Conference time can be rolled over to subsequent months or used in advance. Billed at 10-minute intervals.

Development: I will enhance or maintain your site as required - all plans come with a certain number of development hours included. Development hours can be rolled over to subsequent months or used in advance. Billed at 15-minute intervals.

On-site: I will attend your office for on-site consultation and/or development work. You pay all travel/accommodation/incidental expenses at cost - NO markup. Travel time is deducted from the time provided by the plan. Billed half-daily.

Plans

Here are the details of the individual plans:

Gold Plan: $125 per month for unlimited priority email advice, 15 minutes of live conference and 1 hour of development per month. (1 hour a month can cover basic maintenance time of many sites). On-site days arranged at extra cost.

Platinum Plan: $250 per month for Gold Plan benefits, 30 minutes of live conference and 2 hours development. On-site days arranged at extra cost.

Titanium Plan: $500 per month for Platinum Plan benefits, 1 hour of live conference and 4 hours development, plus 2 days every 6 months on-site consultation.

Discounts

A 15% discount will be offered if the Service Plans are paid 6 months in advance:

Gold Plan: 6 months for $637.50 (a rate of $106.25/month saves you $112.50)
Platinum Plan: 6 months for $1275.00 (a rate of $212.50/month saves you $225.00)
Titanium Plan: 6 months for $2550.00 (a rate of $425.00/month saves you $450.00)

A 30% discount will be offered if the Service Plans are paid 12 months in advance:

Gold Plan: 12 months for $1050.00 (a rate of $87.50/month saves you $450.00)
Platinum Plan: 12 months for $2100.00 (a rate of $175.00/month saves you $900.00)
Titanium Plan: 12 months for $4200.00 (a rate of $350.00/month saves you $1800.00)

Custom Plans

If none of the plans shown above fit your requirements exactly, please contact me to discuss the possibility of a custom plan. Custom plans must be paid annually and have a minimum value of $2000.
